Ekiga
From Koset
Ekiga is a free internet video phone.
Free?
Yes, Ekiga was written and is maintained on a volunteer basis by contributors around the world. The quality of the product is up to the standard of any commercially sold package. Your only cost is an internet connection.
Ekiga was formerly known as Gnomemeeting.
What about regular phone calls?
Yes, Ekiga has the ability to call to or receive calls from actual telephones. Also consider Skype. It's not quite free, but it's pretty cheap.
